I had a scheduled appointment for this morning at 9:30 am. I had a couple of minor repairs that needed to be taken care of. Service department had my car for 8 hours or so and they never even looked at the vehicle. Service technician was nice enough but said they were so backed up that several customer's vehicles were not looked at going back to yesterday's appointments. Why schedule appointments if you cannot get to the work? Unacceptable. This company did not care about the time it takes to get the vehicle to their shop and to pick it up. Now I have to schedule an appointment somewhere else for another day which takes up even more time.

    sometimes things pop up during working days... they are doing an inspection, they come across half a dozen things that will make the car NOT pass inspection. they are doing something simple as an oil change... all of a sudden they need this machine diagnostic that is being used elsewhere on the site...

    I agree with you that eight hours and they never even looked at your car is not okay but they should make it right by giving you a loaner for free until they get their asses to your car.
