Automotive Protection Group LLC review: Refund issue

I purchased a truck in July 2021 purchased a auto warranty with Automotive Protection Group LLC in September 2021. November the 4WD draft shaft falls out claim is denied as Carfax states it is commercial use and the vehicle is not commercial use it is a personal vehicle at my home. It could have been commercial before and I did not know that I just purchased it. Long Story short claim was denied set up as personal not commercial requested them to cancel on 12-21-2021 when claim was denied they did not cancel until 12-30-2021 and advised it would be 90 days on my refund. 90 Days rolls around advised on 4-8-2022 that payment was mailed out on 4-1-2022. Called back after 7-10 business days no check still received. Called we will email accounting and call us back in 2 days. Well I was busy so my dad calls in he gets told same thing call back couple days should have you an answer. I called today [protected] and got we don't have to email them again but waiting on answer still. 120 days still no refund. This is total BS! Supposedly today this company is not selling any more but do not I mean DO NOT purchase auto warranty thru Automotive Protection Group LLC it is a SCAM more than likely. At this rate probably will never receive my money back. But I will push and take legal action shortly and it will be more. I tried to be nice and just give my refund of $462 and cut our ties. Next I will sue for loss of wages, court cost and full $811 I paid in verses just taking a refund of $462 and 9 days of taken coverage with an incorrect cancellation date.
