I received a Bumper Cover for my 2005 Toyota Camry damaged but that was okay, I guess as it was kind of close to the under side of the bumper. Auto body fit would not do anything for me because I did not see it until I was installing it on my car.
But what is really bad is that Auto body fit sent me the wrong shade of the right color that I ordered and then tells me its just a paint variance and I will have to live with it. The customer service (Leanne) really sucks at her job. She is not helpful at all. I cannot get any sort of manager or owner to respond. I thought I could dispute it with my Discover card Auto body fit lies and tells them they will take it back but in actuality they will not.
I WOULD STAY FAR AWAY FROM AUTOBODYFIT.COM OR OEMBUMPER.COM OR ANY OTHER AFFILIATION WITH AUTO BODY FIT LLC.
Sold me a bumper cover for my mustang arrived with broken part on cover, paint job that i paid them for is horrible advertised it would fit 05 to09 mustang product tag on bumper cover says mustang 05-06 they will not do anything wants me to spend another $125 to send it back to them no manager will contact me spent $376.00 for a piece of crap I can not use.
I ordered $495.00 worth of parts for my chrysler 300C and they arrived defective. They will not refund me money unless I pay another $200.00 to have their defective parts shipped back to them. I have been very patient and have been dealin with Leanne for over a month now. She always says she will call me back and never does. I have to call them every day. Management will not take my calls, they are always away from their desk. The parts are defective and look like they have been sitting in a warehouse for decades. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE CROOKS.
Do not give your money away expecting to receive any parts ive waited a month and have no parts they my money over 360.00.
