Arrived at 9 a.m. for my scheduled appointment at 9 a.m. The employee Tyler left me sitting until 10 a.m. then proceeded to see if everything would be covered. When the car was "finished" at 12:45 I got into the car to find the brake system light on. They took the car back into the shop to fix their mistakes and when I asked why it took 4 to 5 hours to do a simple brake job they told me they were short staffed and that my appointment got pushed back. I was never notified it was pushed back until 2 hrs of sitting here. I believe my time is worth something and to be sitting from open to close for the back brakes to be changed is absurd. I feel I should be compensated for my time wasted at this location.
