Hi I was Black listed last July by your courier With no explanation By the police or Allied of Hunter express in writing or anything put in place for me to collect my parcels I also made a complaint by phone the courier as WE had an altercation. I have been speaking to Australia Post in regards of this matter and I also have forward what They said are my rights and Yours Please read below He also blacklisted me with other couriers that he works for which is unacceptable Could you please take the time to deal with this matter Kind regards Karen Lang [protected]

As advised when we spoke I am writing this email to go over the issues that have been happening with mail delivery at your address.

Firstly, I am glad that your Star Track Parcel [protected] has arrived, however parcel [protected] is still outstanding, as I promised on the phone, I will continue to monitor this for you, As this is a Star Track Parcel I still do suggest to reach out to them for further assistance or the sender as they may also be able to help, But I am hopefully it has simply been delayed. I will be back in contact regarding this when I have an update.

In regards to parcel delivery to your address 63 WARRANOOKE ST, WILLAURA VIC 3379, I have spoken to the Willaura LPO and they have assured me that if you decide to cancel your Po Box and your Mail Redirection, your mail will be delivered as normal to your residential address, we have nothing in place preventing mail delivery to your address. However if the parcel driver has made this choice not to deliver to your address based off the interaction between the two of you back in August while the driver was working for another courier company, this is not ok and the driver should not be making these choices himself. If you have any further instances of parcels being returned and not delivered to your address by this driver I highly recommend to reach out to your responsible courier company immediately. If they deem that the driver can not deliver to your address, this should be advised to you by the company and other arrangements should be made so you are able to receive your orders.
