I have an Audi A7 that was taken to the Audi dealership in Indianapolis, IN, due to having a red brake light on dash, an a headlight wiring issue. The car has been at the Audi dealership approximately 8 months now. 3 different times we were told the car was fixed and to come and get it, when we arrived we weren't able to drive it off the lot without lights coming on. I have spoke to the service director and his assistant multiple times but they can't tell me what the problem is or how they are going to fix it but I keep getting charged for each trial an error. I called the general manager at the Audi Indianapolis office and spoke to him but he gave me the impression he was interested. I have call the general manager back again to see if we could have a conversation about how we can get the problem resolved to both our satisfactions but have not received a return call as to date. As of 5/10/2023 I have paid $8451.68 for the work they have done since we took the car to them 8 months ago and as of 5/11/2023 they don't have an answer as to how to fix it.
My wife and daughter both have Audi's and like the cars but since Audi Indianapolis is the only dealership in our area we have decided to shop at other car manufactures due to the disrespect and lack of interest in getting this problem resolved. I would appreciate any help you can give in getting this problem resolved.
Desired outcome: To have car fixed and returned in excellent working condition so I feel safe for my wife to drive.
