Auction Listing Employment Agency

I believe that Auction Listing Employment Agency is a scam! I paid $197.00 believing that I was going to be learning how to auction off their products. The email that I received wrote that I would not have to buy or sell anything. When they got my money the first thing I had to do was take 10 test. I knew I had 10 lesson (I thought it was about learning how to make money with their products) but it didn't say anything about tests nor did it say anything about setting up a PayPal account or selling on Ebay. I had the opportunity to sell on Ebay before but I didn't accept it so why would I pay $197 to do it now, beside I already am a member of Ebay and I have a PayPal account. Even though I took all ten test and passed, I think they are very misleading and I demanded they refund my $197.00. I also read if you were not completely satisfied that they would double the refund. I am not satisfied. So I want double. Plus when I tried to login with my username "homegrl" it stated no username found. Will someone please respond back with an answer to my problem with this company. My email address is [protected]@yahoo.com

Sincerely! Regina Portis

Hello,

We reply to emails as soon as possible with a goal of 24-48 hour response times. There are times when our volume may be higher, or during times where staff resources are lower that it may take longer to receive a reply to an email. We apologize for this, and encourage anyone that has an immediate need to phone us directly. Refunds can not be processed by email, so we instruct anyone with this need to call phone support. We can be reached at [protected], feel free to give us a call.

Thank You,
Customer Support

I completely agree with you Regina...I have encountered the same problems. I never received the email with my username and password, so I had to go through the forgotten password link. Also when trying to figure out how to post their auctions, they are trying to get you to sign up for DOBA which is a $40 a month charge! I was under the impression that no further money was expected. I have tried to call the customer service number today, several times, and encounter a busy signal. I received 2 calls the day after I signed up from my "Auction Listing Specialist" who gave me the 1-866 number to call back, no extension, nothing. I should have found something off at that point. I have also sent 2 emails to customer care, in which I haven't received a reply. I am actually getting very disappointed since I was counting on this opportunity with the hard times that me and my family are facing, but I am believing that this is a scam, and am about to request a refund. The refund policy claims it will be double, so that would be nice if that wasn't a fraud too. My e-mail address is: PreciousG813@aol.com. Any suggestions on legitimate work at home jobs would be appreciated, thank you!
