On Wednesday night the 12th of February at 7.49pm I placed my order for both my sons meal and my own as we travel to Cairns for sports training from Innisfail.
I clearly ordered and paid for a whopper with cheese and heavy mayo ( extra mayo as I have trouble consuming food that is not moist order number 838 along with a tendercrisp AvoBLT wrap and drinks.
As I was driving on the way home I started to eat my burger which I noticed had around 8 shreds of lettuce 1 slice of tomato 1 pickle and a gherkin.
No cheese and no mayo.
I have also taken photos of both the box and burger to show the toppings inside and also nothing marked on the box.
I could not eat this as it was too dry and I could not swallow this so that was wasted.
I have been going to that store for a lot of years and never really had an issue like this before.
Could you please suggest what I maybe able to do about this.
A side note the store was very busy which I do understand but I was not able to eat my meal.
