ATMCASH.COM review: Won't give you your money 1

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I set up ATMCASH.COM to send money to my mother-in-law in Japan. She had a very hard time trying to withdraw money on the card that they sent her. I originally sent her $45 dollars just to see if this works. Soon after many attempts to use the card she gave up. We decided that the best way was to use PayPal because they are obviously larger and a more sophisticated system.

A couple of months have gone by and I didn't inquire about the money because it was such a small amount. Flash Forward to present time... I reached out to ATMCASH.com to have them either send me a new card so that I can withdraw the money myself or close the account and refund me the money minus their bogus $15 dollar cancellation fee.

Steve contacts me through email stating that they will gladly refund the money, I stated back that let me know when so that I can give you new information since that bank account on record had been closed. He sends back we are going to refund your money to the account on record. Not even giving me an opportunity to give him new account information or just the option to send me a new card.

Now it's only $45 dollars and I'm not even mad about that, if they are that hurting for money then Steve keep it. Just know that I am an owner of an internet marketing company and I know my way around the internet. You lack of customer service and attention to detail will certainly raise a few eyebrows when potential customers read this posting.

WORD TO ANY POTENTIAL CUSTOMER! USE PAYPAL, THEY DO NOT CHARGE FEES TO SEND MONEY TO LOVED ONES ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD AND YOUR MONEY IS SAFE. ATMCASH.COM I GAVE YOU AN OPPORTUNITY TO DO THE RIGHT THING AND YOU FAILED.

I want to recant statements made earlier, Steven rushed to help me once help me once he was made aware of this complaint. My frustration had escalated to a point where I had other way to vent.

Thank you Steven for explaining to me the situation and taking swift action to fix the problem. I would recommend ATMCASH.COM for people that want a safe way to send money. It just didn't work for my mother-in-law in Japan.

I thought it was kind of funny that as you were being mean to Steve about his lack of detail, you made a very horrible mistake. Can you find it? I LOLed SO HARD!
