This is bhartendu. I joined this company on 11th july 2013. Before joining the company's so called hr promised me to provide me with all the supports for marketing. I was responsible for appointing dealers and distributors in the assigned territory. Just after 2 days of joining they started calling me for to appoint dealers. However I was not given even visiting cards or id card. They started pressuring me to collect money from people who are interested to be dealers, that too without any samples and papers.
However I appointed 2 dealers in july and august with 1 lakh each paid by them.
After receiving money company sent led bulbs which were of substandard quality. After complaining they insisted that the products were good and no return would be accepted.
Anyway, when I started demanding my salaries for july and august they started giving reasons and told that salaries will be credited to account.
After working for 6 months and giving business for around 15 lakh, when I told them about my inability to work without salary, they started avoiding my calls and mails.
Finally I resigned from the company without salary.
The company is fake and any selection is made on phone only. No face to face interview is conducted.
Please never join this company else you will be deceived.
