Assistance Center of Collin County (Texas) review: Services/Cust. Service

Called this place for some utility help as they advertise they help people with their utility bills.

Was told by the rude woman on the phone "we don't take them", when I told her what electric provider I told her I have.

I never asked her to "take " anything, so she must have been on drugs or drunk. And besides, how does GETTING utility help make her "take" anything, when they are supposed to be GIVING?!

Apparently they ONLY deal with TXU and NO OTHER ELECTRIC COMPANY. They not only advertise flagrant LIES, but it's flagrant DISCRIMINATION against all of us who need help and can't get it because they have their noses glued to TXU's butt! I thought it was unlawful for any government office to be DISCRIMINATORY against anybody...but yet, THEY DO IT!

And when I asked the woman why only TXU, she got nasty and said "I don't know nothin, I only work here"!

Our tax dollars, hard at WASTE!
