Asos.com Quality

Very bad quality, shirts looks like some $1 Chinese swimsuit.
I do not see nothing positive about this, I waited for a plus week and received a €40 shirt that I bought with €5.8 shipment, and I was looking for a normal €20 quality and all I get is this crap that says "[censored] u, get scammed" for my money. Lol, like €46 is 1/2 days work for me and all I get is a product that looks like something worth some coins that I can just throw to kids…

Desired outcome: Looking for a refund..

Asos.com product and customer service!

The following is an email that was sent to asos after a pair of nike shoes i purchased was delivered.

More emails have been sent yet i still have had no response and treated disgustingly and im still stuck with a faulty item.

Hello,

It is very sad that I am having to sit here and compose myself to type this email.

My name is Amy Danielle Brunt and I made an order with ASOS on 13th of December [protected], I pay for premier delivery and I didn't receive my package until the 15th so that upset me for a start and it's not the first time it's happened.

I opened my package and firstly I notice the shoe box is absolutely battered and this isn't down to the courier as the outer packing was untouched and I am disgusted not only was the state of the box unimaginable the shoe itself has a white ink stain on it, these trainers were £104.95 so I'm not going to take it lightly.

This order was a gift for my husband's 30th birthday on Thursday 18th.
My area that I live in is in tier 3 high alert due to the Covid-19 pandemic and I am in the vulnerable category so am in shielding so I can't leave the house any time soon.

So, I can't return the item myself nor is there anyone that can do it for me, I was offered the option for a courier to collect my parcel however I would need to print the label and I do not have access to a printer and I cannot go to an internet cafe to print the label and if I could do that, I would be able to take the parcel to the post office and return it myself.

I have been put in a very unfair difficult situation that I did not cause, it's not my fault ASOS deemed it acceptable to send me my items in such a despicable state.
Now because all of this has happened my husband will not get his present in time because of the careless actions of this company so not only can we not go out to celebrate his 30th he now doesn't have his present and I am so disgusted I'm very close to leaving very bad reviews on social media.

Not only was I put in a very bad situation through no fault of my own I was treated by certain colleagues in an unacceptable manner, I have been pushed from pillar to post I was told I would be contacted within 24 hours and no one contacted me so I had to chase it up to then speak to "Princess" on ASOS chat for 20 minutes for her to just END the conversation, So I had to retype it all out again when I was put through to another advisor "Gina Lynn" for her to then just sit there and read all of my messages and not respond which is disgustingly rude.

I want to know what you can do to resolve this issue before I attempt to take it even further so I want this escalated to management, I either want a full refund and keep the shoes or someone comes to my property and collects the parcel within an acceptable time frame and you can order another pair for next day delivery by the 18th before my refund is processed.

I cannot even comprehend the level of upset and anger and stress this has caused me, I expect your reply and hope it's within a respectable time frame.

Asos.com Horrible!

I have purchased several items from Asos and never received what I paid for. When I went to their website I could not find their phone number, so I emailed and asked about the status of my order. I was also unable to track my package, because they never gave my tracking number. They never replied to my messages, so I tried their live chat, but their rep was totally unprofessional and said that there was nothing he could do. Great! I'll never order anything from them again!

Asos.com waste of time & money!

I ordered two small items from this website. One month later nothing arrived so I contacted Asos customer service and asked about the status of my order. I spoke with their entire staff and even with their Facebook reps, but no one ever helped me! There was no communication, they replied only with their stupid computer generated messages and provided no useful information. Absolutely horrendous customer service!

Asos.com Highly unprofessional company!

I've purchased some items from Asos and after I paid I realized that the delivery address I submitted was wrong. I immediately contacted customer service and explained what happened and they told me that was not a problem and promised to fix everything. I believed them and waited patiently. Weeks passed and nothing arrived, so I contacted them again and asked what was going on. Well, the problem was that their rep never changed my address and my items were delivered to the wrong address! They suggested me contacting the people who received my stuff. Really? Absolutely ridiculous!

Asos.com appaling customer service!

Recently, I ordered a small item from this website. I've waited for it for almost two months and received nothing yet. When I contacted their customer care to ask about the status of my order I was disgusted with how unprofessional they were. Each and every email was responded by a different person, repeating their automated responses blindly. These people are very unprofessional. Nobody takes any responsibility. They promised to call me back, but that never happened. I'll never order anything from them again! Asos is horrible!

Asos.com Horrible experience

I made an order about a week ago and paid extra to receive my item in two days. I got a confirmation email from Asos saying that my order will be delivered before February 12th, 2016. It is now February 16th and I received nothing yet. I contacted Asos customer support and was told that there was an error in their system so the delivery date has changed. They promised to refund me the shipping fee. I hope they are not lying. I wanted that top for a special event, which already passed. Even if I'll get what I ordered I will never buy anything from them again! This is so unprofessional.

Asos.com Arrogant customer service.

I ordered some shoes from Asos. Weeks passed and I received nothing so I contacted their customer service to see what was going on. I was told that my shoes were delivered the wrong address. The person at the wrong address refused to give them back. I told Asos that they made a mistake and it was only their fault. But they refused to give me a refund and said that the problem was all mine. Thanks a lot! So now I have to call the police. Asos, postage service and the person who has my shoes, you all will pay! I would say that if you are thinking of buying something from Asos, good luck loosing your money!

Asos.com Disgusting company!

That was my first experience with Asos and certainly is the last. I went online and decided to order something from Asos for my husband's birthday. So I purchased two pairs of shoes. After they took the payment I received a confirmation email. Several days later I got another message stating my order was cancelled. I contacted customer service and was told that my order was cancelled because they could not verify my credit card information. They asked me to send in a copy of my passport and my credit card information. They said that this will only be fixed if I provide those documents. So I demanded a refund, but there is still no money. I tried to contact them many times, but it seems like they decided to keep my money. Disgusting company!

Asos.com Stay away!

For the first time I tried Asos and decided to order something. So I went online and bought two pairs of shoes for my husband and son. They charged my credit card and I received a confirmation letter. Later I received another message stating that my order was shipped. Several weeks passed and since I received nothing I contacted Asos customer support. They said that my order was cancelled. I was told that they cancelled my order because they couldn't verify my credit card information. They said that I need to send them a copy of my passport, my credit card information and then they'll think of any solutions. I refused to give them such an information. They said that this will only be fixed if I provide those documents.

Asos.com They forgot to put dress and two dresses were wrong

I have ordered 5 bridesmaids dresses from the company www.asos.co.uk. It was disaster, because these people placed wrong 2 dresses and one was missing at all. It was impossible to contact these guys, because their mail box was full and all my emails were returned back. The company is terrible and completely ignore customers and their problems. Stay as far as possible from these people.

Asos.com Seller refused to change the wrong size of the dress

I ordered two dresses from www.asos.co.uk. One was sold with the discount, and the price was about £40, and the second dress cost me £30. I got the order really fast, but the size of the second dress was wrong. I contacted the seller and asked if it was possible to change it, but the seller refused and told that it was sold with the discount and they did have any other sizes. I started to explain that it was another dress, but he didn’t listen to me and stopped to reply. Maybe someone can help me to solve this crap.

This is a terrible attitude to customer support. They should help you and listen to you carefully. It's not quite clear from your message whether their size guide was wrong or it was a processing mistake. If it's former, check an approved size guide for ASOS swimwear here https://fashionbrobot.com/asos-shorts-swimwear-sizes/

Asos.com Really bad experience guys

I love that they offer 'Curve' and I love their low price points but recently I had a really poor service experience that has made me weary.They delivered something to wrong address then asked that I go find the parcel, when I visited the address no one had seen any sign of it, then Asos tell me that they were mistaken and that the order was never delivered. Now the items are on way back to warehouse and I'm being refunded - I have to re-order (subject to stock) if I want the items. Really bad experience guys!

Asos.com Wrong size guide

I purchase bikiny from asos.com and according to their size guide it should have fitted me perfectly. It wasn’t mentioned that my specific bikini was going to get smaller and I should have taken that into account. I’m unable to use that bikini now because of this problem. Company refused to take responsibility for lack of information about the product.

Asos.com no refund of cancelled transaction

i made an order on asos.com, but found out that i made the wrong order and cancelled within 5 minutes, the cancelled status was confirmed, but up till now for almost two weeks, i can't get the refund of 35 usd which according to asos, would be given back to me within 10 days. so disappointing .

i have had no problems with ASOS they shippped my items with no problems and did refunds when i sent items back, they did take a while to refund though but all in all a good company
