Asmat Trading Company review: 2 vehicles bought but not delivered 1

I have been dealing with some gentleman called Andrew Martin (at least that's how he signs off his emails). Communication has mainly been through WhatsApp Chats. I have written through the company's official email but I never get any response. Every time I call Andrew he will not pick the phone. My wife and I identified 2 vehicles we liked towards the end of March 2019. The vehicles were a Mazda Cx5 2012 and Mitsubishi Outlander 2013 which had excellent specifications. we agreed on a price and Andrew sent me on email the final Proforma invoices on 3rd April. On 5th April I made the first payment of USD 6000 as an instalment to commit the 2 vehicles. I made two other payments; USD 5500 on 10th April and USD 7000 on 13th April. The understanding was that the 2 vehicles would be shipped in mid-April then the story changed when I was told that the ship would leave on 28th April. I asked for a confirmation of shipping reservation but got none from Andrew claiming that it was closed because of holidays. He later said that the BL copies would be sent after 7th May (after the end of Golden week). Come 7th May the story changed that the ship had been delayed and was leaving on that day (please note that a few days earlier, the same Andrew had confirmed to me that the ship left on 28th and he would promptly send me the documents after 7th). When we requested for BL copies we were told that they will be available on 15th or 16th. he has also become quite rude whenever I press for information. 16th May passed and yet no documents have been sent to us. As I write today, it is 2 weeks since the vehicles were "apparently shipped" but no documents have been sent to us
So here we are having paid a total of usd 18500 for 2 vehicles which we had been promised would be shipped by end of April and have not and the person who is supposed to give us proper information has been extremely rude.
Since it seems that our vehicles might not be forthcoming I now want my money refunded so that I can source elsewhere for vehicles
