I BOUGHT A CAMERA WHICH WAS £2, NOW 3 WEEKS LATER THEY HAVE TAKEN ANOTHER PAYMENT OF £59.99 FROM MY CARD. MY BANK SAY THEY CANNOT REVERSE THE CHARGE AND I SPOKE TO ZINGA REP WHO SAY THAT THEY ARE NOT GOING TO REFUND ME AND IF I WANT TO CANCEL I HAVE TO PAY THE £35. THEY RECKON ITS A MEMBERSHIP FEE I WAS NEVER ONCE TOLD THAT I WOULD IN A BINDING CONTRACT WITH THEM AND NEVER TOLD THEY WOULD TAKE FURTHER MONEY FROM ME. THEY HAVE REFUSED TO REFUND ME AND ENDED UP HANGING UP ON ME WHEN I ASKED THEM WHO THEY WERE GOVERNED BY

    On 19th July I authorised for Debenham Voucher card for the payment of £ 1.00 & £4.50, which did not received this item until today, again on 19th July I did not authorised for £ 58.99, and I received my Bank statement, neither I ordered anything, I
    tried have a chat on line, but it wasnt helpful, could please let me know why this amount was charged on my debit card,
    without my authorization.

    non ho dato autorizzazione a prelevare sulla carta di credito. poi vorrei sapere cosa sto pagando?

    they have been takeing money out of my mastercard without my full permission i did not check the i agree box because it was to expensive for a pensioner.if the agreement is not fully filled out that agreement is void

    i also have fallen prey to the zinga group the are fraudsters and I would like to warn the public against them. They have collected funds from my ocredit card without authorization this month(november 2012) 2 ampounts of R700 on the same day.!!
