Dear sir/ma'am, I had purchased 02 pairs of Asics shoes from their website vide order Order ID [protected] Dy 26 May delivery on 02 June 2021.
1. The first pair out of two was of such poor quality that it started cracking from toe sides within 25-30 days of usage. I raised this issue with ASICS online, they asked for invoice copy and photos of the damaged/worn out shoes and then there was no response.
2. The second pair of shoe also started cracking and separating from the the sole in the second month. This issue/ photos have been sent to their customer support mail/helpline numbers but there has been no response till date, Such pathetic material and quality control system I could never imagine from a well reputed brand like ASIC. I am enclosing my Order ID and all details and photos of the worn out shoes.
3. Kindly take suitable action against ASICS so that customers are not made to suffer because of their poor quality stuff and zero after sale service or warranty liability.
