In 2010 I enrolled in Ashworth College Physical Therapy Aide program online. I passed all requirement for the program, test, examines and clinicals as well read the books. Prior, during and after admission my name on the program was Christopher Moore with NO middle initial. The diploma Christopher D Moore. That’s NOT my name and paid in full. Weird

Desired outcome: Parchment and Ashworth College is going to mail me my Career Diploma with the name Christopher Moore with NO middle initial.
