Ashley Stewart, Comenity Bank review: I would like for this to come off my credit, this affected my credit rating and I want it taken care of.

I have an Ashley Stewart Credit Card. I have had it at least a year. I have used it maybe twice. Each month I would pay the balance off. In August 2022 I received a bill for $2.00 I don't know why because I would pay my balance in full. I called and try to find out why, and at this time there were problems with the phone, billing etc. The Rep I spoke to told me it had been taken care of. Now moving forward to October. I been receiving phone calls to my phone and job. I finally spoke to someone and was informed that it were late charges and they needed to transfer me to get it straighten out. The call was transferred and no answer. I called back the next day and spoke with Cathy. she did take all the late fees off and got it all straighten out. The next day I go to the store and tried to make a purchase, my card was refused. After several attempts trying to speak to someone, I was told not only could I not use my card, but my credit limit is $100.00. The next day 12/15/2022 I spoke to a Rep. Let her know I wanted to cancel the card, and I will be filing a complaint. Then today I get a notice where it has been turned into the Credit Bureau. This is unreal and very poor customer service for $2.00 which I never owed.
