I purchased a couch in November 2021. It was finally delivered at the end of April 2022. When delivered it was the wrong color. I informed Ashley Furniture the same day and told them I would go back to the store to see if I could find another one. I found a different one and set up a delivery date but when I got home from the store and looked at my receipt they had added additional charges that included a rug a $200 delivery fee none of which I agreed to I tried to contact them by phone but was unable to, so I went back to the store immediately and canceled the whole order. As of this date I have yet to be refunded for my down payment and still have the charge for both couches on my credit card. I did talk to Ashley Furniture escalations and was given reference numbers refund on both orders but they have not done anything. I have invested in at least 75 calls with no results!
Desired outcome: Refund of down payment and charges for both pieces of furniture removed from my credit card
