I am so mad at Artful Home right now. They promised to deliver my order a month ago, but I still haven't received anything. And to make matters worse, they won't even return my deposit of 5000 rupees. This company is a total scam and I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them.

I was really excited to order from Artful Home because they had some really unique and beautiful pieces. But now I regret ever giving them my money. It's so frustrating to be left in the dark like this, with no idea when or if I'll ever receive my order.

I've tried contacting Artful Home multiple times, but they never respond. It's like they don't even care about their customers. I feel like I've been scammed and I don't want anyone else to go through the same thing.

So please, save yourself the trouble and don't buy anything from Artful Home. They're a deceitful company that doesn't deliver on their promises.

I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out about the pants I got from Artful Home. They were supposed to be red with white and black, but they came in a different color. I don't think it was a mistake, either. It's a real shame because they would have been so much nicer in the color I wanted. I don't think I'll be buying from this company again. It's just not right to trick people like that.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience ordering from Artful Home. I saw this cute little pumpkin on their website that was advertised as a pretty seafoam green color. But when I got it in the mail, it was a totally different story. The thing was dark navy blue! Like, what the heck? That's not even close to what I was expecting.

To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service to try and get it sorted out, they basically made it seem like it was my fault. They wanted me to pay for shipping to send it back! Like, come on, Artful Home. That's not cool.

Honestly, I don't think I'll be ordering from this company again. It's just not worth the hassle. If they can't even get the colors right on their products, what else are they messing up?

So, my mom, she's disabled and she got hit with Covid back in October. It was a real bad case, let me tell ya. She couldn't even make it to the post office to send back these pajamas she ordered from Artful Home. And now, they won't even give her a little credit or nothing. No empathy, no nothing. It's a real shame, 'cause she was looking forward to getting some nice new jammies. But now, she says she ain't never gonna order from Artful Home again. And I don't blame her one bit.

So, I was checking out this website called Artful Home and I gotta say, I'm not too impressed. I saw this really cool thing in their catalog and I wanted to buy it. I called up and talked to this guy who seemed pretty nice, but then we got disconnected. I waited for him to call me back, but he never did. So, I called them back and they told me they lost my order! Can you believe that? I mean, I was ready to drop $300 on this thing and they couldn't even keep track of my order. Needless to say, I won't be shopping with them again.

I've bought a couple of items from Artful Home, specifically a dress and a top from Lisa Bayne. Unfortunately, both items made me look like I was 18 months pregnant! It's strange because I usually wear a size 6 or 8 and other good brands fit me perfectly. I decided to keep a third top, but I had to alter it myself to make it fit properly. It's frustrating because AH charges high prices for their clothes. On the bright side, they do have many lovely clothes that fit my style. However, I suspect they use a lot of straight pins for their photo shoots. I won't be making any more purchases from AH in the future.

We just received a stunning wall sculpture from Artful Home, and we couldn't be happier! The piece, called Birds in Flight, is an absolute masterpiece. The attention to detail is incredible, and the artist, Jennifer, clearly put a lot of time and effort into creating each individual bird by hand. The end result is simply breathtaking.

I recently made a purchase from Artful Home, ordering a total of seven (7) clothing items from their online catalog. While browsing through the catalog, I did not see any mention that one of the items was a "Final Sale" and could not be returned. However, upon receiving my order confirmation, I noticed a note indicating that one of the items was indeed a "Final Sale." Unfortunately, I did not see this note at the time and proceeded with my order.

After waiting for weeks for my order to arrive, I received an email notifying me that all seven (7) items, including the one in question, were delayed and would be shipped as soon as possible. The email included a photo and description of the item, but did not mention that it was a "Final Sale." Had I been properly notified, I would have cancelled the item at that point.

When my order finally arrived on January 25, 2022, I was disappointed to see that the item in question was indeed a "Final Sale." Upon trying on the dress, I found that it was unflattering and immediately contacted customer service to request a return authorization. However, I was informed by Jane in customer service that their system would not allow them to process a return for the item and that I would not be issued a credit for the unwanted item.

As a long-time customer of Artful Home, having spent thousands of dollars on clothing and jewelry over the years, I was disappointed by the inconsistent notices regarding "Final Sale." I would never have ordered the item had I known it was a "Final Sale." In situations like this, I believe that customer service should act in good faith and do what is right for the customer, especially when the customer was unaware of a final sale restriction. Unfortunately, this was not the case with Artful Home, and I am now stuck with an almost $90.00 item of clothing that is useless to me.

In light of this experience, I have decided to return all of the items in my order, request that my email and regular mail address be removed from their marketing lists, and will not be purchasing from Artful Home again. It is important for businesses to be transparent and consistent in their policies and notices, and to prioritize the satisfaction of their customers.

She even placed the blame entirely on the artist, which I found to be dishonest.

It's also worth noting that Artful Home takes the full payment from customers and does not pay the maker or artist for their portion until after the "commissioned" items ship and are accepted by the buyer. This means that Artful Home is holding onto a customer's funds for a long time, which I find to be unfair to both the customer and the maker or artist.

Overall, I think that Artful Home has some great products, but their service can be hit or miss. If you are ordering something that is on hand and ready to ship, you should be fine. However, if you are ordering something that is made to order or backordered, you may run into some issues. I canceled my order and requested a refund of my money because I did not want to let Artful Home sit on my $600 indefinitely, with no firm fulfillment date.
