1. Was lead to massage room after submitting my groupon
2. Disrobed and lay face down on table after which the therapist dropped oil on my back right from the bottle which startled me enough to to jerk my back up
3. Phone rang out side the room after the first 5 minutes Nd therapist left the room to answer the phone
4 therapist continued the massage and apologized, then the phone england again and she left.
5 a patron entered the salon which caused some chimes to clang and the therapist to leave the room again.
6 therapist ent red the room to ask me when my appointment was and i said it was right now, the she left to converse with her boss on the cell phone
7 therapist handed me the phone while I was face down on the table completely undressed. The boss told me over the phone that my appointment was a no show tow days before which was impossible, I don't make appointments on Saturday, I had attended an important event and would never hve done that and she had already accepted my groupon after checking the computer.
8 therapist wipes the oil off my back and asks me if I can come back in an hour
9 live chat where I was told I'd be called
10 no one ever called so I had a second live chat at which time I was told I would get a credit within 3 days
11 I feel the wasted time and gas and disappointment was worth more than that
