I have a Forbes Aquaflo Water Purifier installed in my house in February 2003 and has been under maintenance contract undertaken by Eureka Forbes since 2003. Customer code allotted to me is [protected]. The service mechanic is supposed to visit twice voluntarily and service the water purifier, including replace the worn out parts. I am paying annual fees regularly. Invariably, the service mechanics do not attend and each time, I have to remind and then only the mechanic attends. Very rarely, they come on their own. Presently, the water purifier was due for service in the middle of October 2011. As usual since the mechanic did not report, I registered my complaints on their telephone number [protected] more than four times since end of October and today (20the November 2011). Each time, I was given the assurance that the mechanic will report but has not done so. When I called up today again, the person at the other end was not even able to respond to my query let alone registering my complaint. In other words, that person did not understand or was able to speak fluently in any language. I even told him if he cannot send the guy, he should arrange to refund the fees paid by me. I am sure, he has not understood anything because there was no answer from him, although he was holding the line till I disconnected out of frustration.
If EF cannot service, then I demand the fee paid by me and I will get it serviced elsewhere.
