I purchased a refrigerator and a dryer from Appliance Connection. I paid for white glove service which is haul away and hook up my items. When they arrived on Monday Sept 26,2022 , The men said they don't have the hook up parts for the dryer so to call and they will come back and install it. I called and the customer service started a "Ticket" she called it. Her name is Cheyanne.

She said someone will call me and set up a time to hook up my dryer. I went on line and saw where I can fill out what happen and asked for them to come hook up my dryer. Three days later the parts came and I called and customer service filled out a "Ticket" and said i will get a call from Logistics and they will come hook it up. No calls My Dad hooks up the dryer and the drum is broken It rubs and makes a loud sound. If you feel the side of the dryer whereit rubs, you can feel that it was dropped, bumped, or somehow damaged. I called and customer service fills out another ticket for damaged and wants pictures. I sent pictures. No response and when I called again they have no answer as to when a new dryer will come. They keep having me on a call bacck and I get a customer service person who hangs up, transfers me or takes my number for a call back. Today October 6 2022 I asked to speak with a supervisor and they tell me that there is no one and they will make a "TICKET" and someone will call me back. I am a single mom and these items are very expensive. I cant get resolution as to when they will snd out a new dryer with hook up like I paid for. What do I do? Please help me.
