I received the battery10 March without the hard ware to install. Called the company customer service line and spoke to Venessa. Told her I needed hare ware. She advised me it had been shipped from the ware house. I have called each day since to get a tracking # or speak to a manager. She was unable to help me with either. It is now 6 days later 17 March and I still do not have the hard ware. If I still do not have the hard ware next week I will send back the battery.
Desired outcome: Please send me the hardware
