I stay in Faridabad and On 25th July'19, We placed a request (Complaint NO-K250709) at APEX Water purifier service center, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092 for a technician visit to do RO service but till now they have sent any technician even after doing multiple follow up with them on call. Every day we have been false commitment that technician would reach our place today but till now this has not happened.
The APEX Service Centre is literally fooling around customers by giving false commitment. Please take necessary action and provide me a solution on this.

Apex service centre CR-212, laxmi nagar, new delhi is a fraud company. They have taken annual maintenance fee of Rs.5500 and only one service provided by them, that too after calling 15 to 20 times. Then i call them for second time service on 2.11.2020, they gave me false commitment that technician would reach your place tomorrow but nobody came for service till 18.11.2020 then i call them again on 18th again and then they said your plan is expired on 13.11.2020 and you’ve to renew again. I asked why i have to renew again that’s not my mistake if you’re not sending the technician on time. Customer can’t give you call again and again, there is no benefit of having a service plan if the customer has to take so much headache. And how can you consider 6 months of lockdown in service plan. And the person sitting on complaint board ( her name is nisha) is not cooperative and very very rude, she gave me response like ( aapko service karani hai to wo btao nahi karani toh wo batao) when i told her how can you talk customer like that i wanna talk to your senior she answered ab nahi ho payega aapko hum service nahi de payenge aapko jo karna hai kijiye. I mean this is not the right way to treat a customer. And this customer support “Nisha” always she gave me silly reasons and false commitments that i’ll get back to you but she never call me again even i used toalways call her. This is very very rude and such a fraud company. I request others not to get trapped with such fraud comapny.
They are fraud, taken AMC for RO Acquaguard for Rs. 10000, but after that no one come to resolve the problem, every time they told that technician will come but no one will come, struggling since last one month.
Guys don't be trapped, just far away from them.

Even I am facing this issue, this fraudulent company has sold me the AMC in the name of KENT and now no one is ready to resolve the issue. Its been more than 7 days that I had raised the complaint. No one is ready to solve it.
