Ordered toy for grandson for Christmas got wrong item now they won’t exchange or refund card. Think they’re a scam company out of UK.

Be sure go to Federal Trade Commission file a report. Might not help us but will alert others,
This Company has crossed the line. Reviews online reveal thy are baiting and switching which is a crime. This elder will be getting a three time amount they scammed me of. See Texas laws on financial elder abuse laws.
