AMRITA NAG, did not get Incidental Allowance due to 4-Baggage missed form JFK - She survived 3 days in Bangladesh without luggage

My daughter traveled with my wife in Bangladesh through Qatar Airways (Aug 16 - Sept 08). During traveled 4-Baggage missed from JFK (Qatar Airways Fault) and they received after 3 days. But, unfortunately my daughter did not received incidental allowance when she left through Dhaka International Airport on Sept 08/2017. During her departure on Sept 08/2017, she talked with Qatar Airways Dhaka Airport personnel but they did not help her just avoid tendency.
Consequently, I am strongly request you please solve the issue to get incidental allowance for three days without Baggage and spent a lot pf money in Bangladesh to survive 3 days without luggage, but unfortunately she did not get pay. This is a serious issue.

Please solve the issue and give incidental allowance for inconvenience created by Qatar Airways urgency because she spent her dollars in Bangladesh.
