Anida review: A community agency that has no accountability & integrity

July 27/22 My email about not receiving a promised used laptop from Anida after extended wait since beginning of 2021

"Dear Jade

Anida had approached this third party organization on my behalf & they promised a few used laptop donation coming to Anida about 12- 15 months ago.

Apparently, you kept advising me to keep on waiting "2-3 more months" every time I had a chance to follow up with Anida as they carried on their lies

I feel that after over a year of waiting that this nameless organization has been not only fooling Ainda & staff/volunteers about a false promise of computer donation, I increasing feel that this unethical third party organization has been treating me like a beggar who has wasted another year of my remaining time as a result of their lies, for a pretentious computer that would never come.

An initially goodwill gesture turns into a hopeless & insulting nightmare to me.

Please forward this email to these liars for me

Aug 16/22 No more email received; I emailed to Jade Shortte "well?"

Aug 19/22 No respond from Anida, I emailed to Jade Shortte " Almost 4 weeks GONE! I feel that you are dragging this like those computer donation lairs!"

Aug 19/22 Jade Shortte email said "I apologize for the delay in getting back to you.
I have been busy with other summer programming that I am currently working on. I have reached out to the organization, but I am waiting for a response from them. "

Aug 22/22 I emailed Jade Shortte "PLEASE FORWARD MY EMAIL TO THESE LIARS AS ORIGINALLY DISCUSSED! OVER A MONTH BACK!
AND CC TO ME OR YOUR AGENCY HEAD"

Aug 23/22 Jade Shortte emailed me & said "Unfortunately, I have discussed this with my supervisor, and I am not authorized to forward your e-mail. I will continue to reach out to them to receive any updates.

I apologize for the inconvenience. "

Aug 26/22 I emailed Jade Shortte & asked "PLEASE PROVIDE CONTACT INFO OF YOUR SUPERVISOR"

Sept 9/22 NO RESPOND FROM Jade Shortte, SO I WROTE TO ANIDA HEAD "Mr. & Ms. Donkor,

I write to express my grievance involving mainly your staff Jade who I strong feel not only dragging me but very possible lying to me repeatedly for over a year re obtaining "donated computer" for me.

She has ignored my request for contact info of her manager dated Aug 26/22

Last but not least, she called & told me last Tue, Aug 30 that "they are sending the computer next week to you." Of course, nothing happened & I did not hear from her AGAIN.

Of course, Anida top management not only ignored & not helping me in any manner about this false promise & lies from one of their employees but also refused to provide Anida's Board of Directors as per my next request
