I have been with angi's leads now for almost two months. In 6 weeks they charged me $1571. Those transactions went unnoticed up until the last one which was $811. That one transaction was over my spending limit alone. The bills started out small then grew to over $800. It was at that point they had taken all but $90 in my companies cash account. That caused me to not to be able to buy a tool needed for the next job. Due to them liquidating that account I also had a credit card payment that is automatically scheduled go through came in and over drafted my business account. I had during that time paused the lead generation off and on. However in the app when paused the leads would continue. In addition to that I had customers scheduling with me when there was no way I could accommodate. There were also exact match leads that were from my understanding an option that could only be shut off by calling in. That option was not on the app or on the website. There for there was no way of knowing that they existed based on the initial conversation I had when I signed up. I only learned of them after I was billed 3 times the amount I was assured I would pay a month for the service. When I called to find out how this happen I was told that I didn't stop two of their services (which I had no idea about) and they are not subject to the limit and can only be shut off by calling and shutting them off. When I requested a refund I was told they do not offer refunds and that they could offer credits. After many hours on the phone I was only able to get $480 of the total money taken and offered credits in equal share. One week later I am still waiting for the refund, and at 9:46 AM eastern time this morning spoke to an agni's lead rep for about an hour and that rep on their recorded line even admitted to the deceptive business practices! It's business like these that make me lose faith in businesses in general. It is clear to me based on research, people who have had similar experiences that this company is clearly taking advantage. It is abuse when explaining your situation to one of their own reps makes them emotional, when that person trying to do their job sees how poorly the company they work for treats its customers. The stress and anxiety that this has caused a new business and it's family is impossible to put into words.

Desired outcome: I would like to get a complete refund of all money taken and reimbursement for fees incurred for unfair business practices.
