RE: PLEASE ASSIST I HAVE SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS AS WELL AS LETTERS TO ANGIE'S LIST- I WANT TO CHANGE MY PAYMENT INFORMATION

Angie:

I had services on 10/24; there was fraud on my credit card. I had to obtain a new card on 10/23.

I have been trying since 10/ 23 and have had significant difficulties updating my payment information on-line.

The following has been done without success:

1) I've reached out to Angie Customer service on several occasions by telephone, email, Angie APP as well as Angie.com.

2) I have been on hold for hours on the phone as well as transferred to technical support.

3) I have received emails with instructions for both the APP and web page neither of which will work.

4) I sent two emails to [protected]@angielist.com as of this date no response.

Both the APP and Website freeze up. Lastly, I have deleted the APP and tried over several times as well as tried signing on from other devices. I went to a friend’s home and the local library, your sites do not allow access.

This is my last effort to reach out for assistance with this matter. I am writing a letter to your corporate office today.

PLEASE ASSIST BY RESPONDING TO THIS EMAIL OR REACH ME BY PHONE.
