Andalman & Flynn, Attorney's at Law review: Individual who answers the phone

I made a call to the law Andalman & Flynn firm on 10/5/2022, around 3 P.M. I was requesting to speak to a lawyer regarding accidental disability. The individual had no knowledge of accidental disability. I had to keep repeating myself of what accidental disability was. When the individual ask me for my name, she began to laugh, did not take my call seriously. I asked her, what was so funny and at this point I asked to speak to someone else. She informed me noone else was available. I told her that she was very unprofessional and needed to learn people skills.

This was my first time calling this office and the individual answering the phone is representing your entire company. So she just humiliated your ENTIRE firm by being SO unprofessional. I hope she dosen't treat everyone like this as they call.

I was referred to this office by an individual who talked highly of this firm.

Yet after this, I don't know if I want to be bothered seriously.
