I purchased a vehicle from Red Deer Kia at the end of September, 2023. I had questions and concerns about a few different things, including the duct tape on the front bumper. They took the duct tape off (leaving some remains of it on the car) and said there was nothing wrong with the bumper. I continued to ask about it again and again but they wouldn't let me go check it out. They said it was missing a pin in it to keep it secure but they put it in and it is all good to go, they said there is nothing wrong with it.

Turned out my bumper fell 3/4 off and I needed to have it tacked on to make sure I wouldn't drag it home and do more damage to it. I contacted Red Deer Kia multiple times about buyers remorse and all of the issues I found once I got it home and was actually allowed to look it over good. I only had buyers remorse after seeing everything.

There is rust on the hatchback, the hub cabs are pealing, the tires BARELY passed inspection, but still yes they passed. My brakes squeak so loud it hurts my ears, so I am unsure what is wrong with them.

I reached out with my concerns, I even got an estimate like they requested and sent them pictures as well as the estimate. They said I should received a phone call that day from the manager, but of course I didn't receive a phone call. I received 1 the next day from the manager saying he wanted to work with me and even gave me his personal phone number. I called him as soon as I had more then 5 minutes free but unfortunately at 2pm on a Saturday they were closed and at their Christmas party and as it turns out he didn't have 5 minutes to talk about these consent problems with this paper weight that I felt bullied into buying.

I messaged the manager after getting off of the phone with him and told him I am just going to place a complaint here. He said they are most certainly not going to be paying the cost to get the bumper replaced/painted. This is how it left THEIR lot, should this not be their responsibility? I was legit not allowed to look over the car it was a test drive and rushed me away from it so I couldn't see anything or check it over.

This whole thing has been nothing but a headache. Yes I have bad credit, but that does mean I deserve to be bullied into buying a car that the bumper fell off and has rust?

Desired outcome: I would like to either have everything fixed, or be compensated for what I am going to have to pay out of pocket
