10 December 2022 AI ordered a necklace for my daughter for Christmas after they assured me I'll have it on time. When I went there on the 24th, the necklace wasn't ready and they didn't even know about it. I paid cash when I ordered it.
I requested my money back and canceled the order. 28 January 2023 American Swiss called me and said they already made it, if they offer it at half price will I be interested. I said yes and they said I can go ant pick it up in 2 weeks. I phoned them and still nothing so I went there on 12 February, necklace there but they want full price. That was not the deal.
They promised and assured me that they will get back to me on 13 February. I'm still waiting. It is so frustrating if you get bad service like this.
