American Solar & Roofing review: Paid $450 for an inspection. Solar panels ordered, but not received. Company stopped returning phone calls.

We had damage to two of our solar panels from the microburst in October, 2025. At the suggestion of a neighbor, we contacted American Solar and Roofing to replace our two solar panels. They came to our house promptly and said they needed to do an "inspection" in order to proceed. This inspection was completed on 10/29/25. They charged us $450--it is unclear to us what they did for $450. They then ostensibly ordered the two panels. Since that time I have called enumerable times and talked to an employee, but in the last month they have stopped returning my calls. On 3/31/26 I received a call from someone who did not know what the problem was and was unwilling to do anything to resolve this issue.
I would definitely not recommend this company.
