On 11/3/22 at 9:10 am I was going to make a payment to my American Tire's Credit Card which is through Synchrony and found out my account was closed with no warning (such as a letter or email). I was very upset about this, I have never had my account closed unless I closed it myself. They say it's the credit bureau that closed my account? I make my payments on time every month since I had this card and never had any issues with this credit card, so why closed my account does not make any sense at all. So, they are going to lower my credit score because they closed my account. This is so unfair and this is the only credit card that does this, I have never experienced this with any other card. Also, they lowered my limit in another card with no reason just based on the credit bureau and no late payments or issues with that card either. I am so very disappointed of Synchrony credit cards!
