Allstate Motorclub review: Roadside assistance

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with! I was on my way to work and my tire went flat. Went in the app ordered the tow, it was going to be 3 hours. I had to be at work so I spent almost 2 hours trying to get them to help me figure it out, the tow canceled and they transferred me to a closed office and closed themselves. I paid for the tow, called to complain they hung up on me 3 times, never got a supervisor they were all busy from then on. Sent my receipt for tow to a Texas PO box I was given from them and still haven't heard from them. Had an agent fax it to them, it's been almost 2 weeks and still haven't heard from them. They have been trying to charge me for their membership after I told them I didn't want it because of the baaaaad experience, til this day, still haven't heard from them after 2 months. I'm surprised they are still in business, but it won't be long they are the worst. If you want an undependable, unreliable, inconsiderate, rude motor club, choose them because they do it best!
