My Allegiant flight 1539 #CMBH2H was delayed Friday, May 12, 2023 until Saturday, May 13. 2023 8:00am. I was sent an active link to Paynuver for a $250.00 to respond within 48 hours. I promptly responded, & chose a Paynuver Virtual Mastercard. It gave me the card number, CVV, and expiration date. Tried to activate the card, I was told my virtual card # doesn't exist. Called Allegiant to issue me new virtual card number or correct numbers. have not heard anything. I am disappointed and

disgusted with Allegiant and Paynuver. I want what's due to me. I followed all procedures correctly.

Desired outcome: Issue me new virtual card. or at least contact me with check deposited into my bank account.

Allegiant Airlines Paynuver Transcard refund. Just confused after receiving Virtual Mastercard, Haven’t been able to use it yet.
