My experience with All Resume Services (allresumeservices.com.au) was not a pleasant one. My partner and I paid upfront for an updated resume, but were unable to reach Sonia for three days after. She eventually apologized, claiming that she was in training. However, she also complained that she had to employ someone on the weekend to do the work she was too busy to do during the week.

We requested a simple upgrade and resume update, including two pages and a cover letter, which we paid extra for. When we finally received it, there were over six errors that we had outlined to update. It was a frustrating back-and-forth process for another three days to correct all of these, as she was difficult to contact. She would fix one error, but forget about another, leaving us waiting for her to fix the mistake yet again.

In addition, we decided not to use the LinkedIn profile device and asked for the $65 refund, which we had to request four times over a week before she finally refunded us. However, she ended up short-changing us and only refunded $45 without any explanation.

Overall, my customer service experience with All Resume Services was horrible, stressful, and frustrating. I do not recommend this service.
