Alivi Transportation review: Not providing unlimited transportation to me. 3

My name is renita himmelfarb, and I have a major seriouis complaint. yesterday I had a doctors apt. and it took 5 phone calls from me to your company just to get a ride to the doctors apt. then when I was ready to go home again after my apt. it was 4:38 when I first called back for the ride home. next, I waited first time for the first driver, 1 hour, no show, then I called again and was told that the ride had been cancelled by your rep. she then told me that another driver would be to me in 3 minutes, then I called again, and was told another driver was coming to pick me up, in 10 minutes, again no show, then it was already over 1 hour later the manager of the doctors office had called and was told that a driver would be theree at 20 minutes later and she called again and again and again then when she called the next time it was 5 hours later and she ended up taking me home because the office closed. absoutly no corporation from your company representatives, her office was going to call management at your company and also inform care plus of this great great [censored] up from you people, yes this is also not the first time that this screw up from u people has happened to me, it was the 5th time. now I am seriously contacting your corporate offices and really explain to them why we r so very over this type of [censored] up. I am telling care [plus corporate offices to cancel their contract with u [censored]s, as u and your reps. r seriously incompetand in life. and I will let others know not to use your company services, and may be then u will permanentl;y go out of business. u stink.
