House Alarm not working. Around 7/22 2 men came out to check my alarm system and told me at that time that my alarm needed an update to what I understood to be 5G. They left and then no longer heard from Alder. I wrote a letter on 8/8 and got no response. I then sent 2 certified letters on 8/16 and 9/2. I then received a call from a lady called Amanda you then scheduled to have somebody come out on 9/8. Again no one came so then I got a call telling me that they had not received the equipment for the update and that they would be out on 9/15 from 1 to 4 pm. Here it is 1:51 pm and nobody has even called to say they are coming. I decided to call and find out what's going on, only to find out that they would not be coming. They stated that they had a delay and that I would not be scheduled for another minimum one week, but that it could be more. I am at my wits end, I have not had and alarm system in working order for about 3 and a half months.

Desired outcome: In one letter they told me that if I cancelled my contract, I would have to pay the remaining time on my contract for $589.88. I told them to waive this charge so that I can go with another security company.
