I bought Toyota Fortuner 2015 in Mar-2022. There was a rain in Dubai in Aug-2022. I saw water coming inside the car from roof. I complained about the sales person. He told me to complain about the same when first service to Service center. 19 Sep I gone for first car service and complain about the same to service associate. He assure me that he will get it fixed and kept the service pending for morethan 10 day and notified me that management rejected the request and manager from service call me and advice me to visit the Al Futtaim Automall sharjah to assist. I visited the same branch manager Nigel was on leave and one of the person told me he will arrange call on 03 oct. When I spoke Nigel, he is repeating the same story that I signed contract and roof damage is not covered. We trusted Al Futtaim Automall as trustworthy dealer in UAE and representative from Al Futtaim Automall Sharjah cheated me and gave damage roof car and rejecting to repair the same.
Desired outcome: Immediately action need to be taken and punish the people involved in it and fix my car.
