i am a rak bank customer for last 2 yrs 4 months and availed business finance which helped me in making my carrier in dubai and all the payments are on time, but last 6 months i am applying for TRADE FACILITY which the rak bank sales team and RM not processing and finally telling me that since i have business fianance so i will not be given facility and also one of RM MR. LALIT who met me in feb march 2015 is threatening that if i give my file to any other person than he will reject my case and black list me in rak bank, fearing his threat this matter i reported to MR. AMIT NAINANI AND MY RM but unfotunately their response is very poor and trying to favour their RM and finally RAK BANK SEND SALES OFFICER APARNA AND RM HEMANT who visited my office but they cannot proceed with case as mr. lalit, mr. swapnil not allowing them to do the case and also threatening them not to touch the file for another 3 months which shows they r taking it personelly, forcing me to close the current relationship which i am not happy and it seems great bank like rak bank is at the feet of few greedy RMs and SALES PEOPLE.
