Conracted AJ on April 25th for repair of LG Refrigerator. Upon inspection, he stated the Compressor was bad and out of warranty. Provide an Invocie that I saw on his phone indicating a cost $ 630.59. I paid Invoice. He returned on May 3rd to install parts and repair Unit, Upon completeion he provide another Invoice for Installation Cost of $ 495.44. We were not expecting this bill as we were under impression the $ 630.59 included installation. Upon looking at Invocie he emailed me, the Invoice states "Custom # 1" 4 different times with no further explanation. We paid Invoice because he stated Unit was repaired. Howver, the nexr moring the Unit was not working. Finally got him to return on May 6th. He stated a "Connector" was bent. This was caused during his previous installation. Came back on May 10th to make final repair. We were told to wait 24 hours for the Unit to be fully workable. However, this time is only for the temperature to stablelize, On May 11th, Unit was still not cooling. AJ Repair has refused to come back and make reapair or reimburse us for any of teh monies paid. We have also found out that the Compressor was under warranty for 10 years and not the five years he stated. Therefore, we should not have had to pay for this part.

The company was contracted, not conracted, to perform a compressor and filter dryer swap and needed a new Jig software update because the old update and compressor was not working or up to date. There is no 10 year warranty with the old compressor because the unit would be under warranty and you the customer wouldn't have to pay out of pocket the warranty would pay. These LGs universal compressor comes with a 5year warranty not 10! Just like vehicles when repairing there are other problems that may arise and that point must be analyzed to properly correct. After speaking with this customer for this issue, the situation got unprofessional lots of cursing and threats to sue or do a chargeback and claim he didn't know what I charging him for. He did and by the way that's illegal! This customer authorized and knew the problems. I discovered leaks throughout the cabin and before able to repair and complete the job things got very disrespectful and I refused service or to return. Just because someone pays money for a services doesn't give the right to be nasty, disrespectful, or threatened a hardworking business. Even after losing the credit card dispute, this customer is now trying to sue a company that is owned by more than one contractor, and is lying about details and slandering the company on the internet. Before all this things could of effectively been talked through. This post among many will be used in court. Have a great day sir, best wishes!
