Booked a pick up at 10pm for a 14:00 (4pm) pick up the next day, received a confirmation that pickup was 4am, sent 2 emails requesting that they fix the time and got no response, sent a cancellation email and hours later 1am got a response that they had cancelled my booking and I would not get a refund. why was only the cancellation email answered what about the other 2 emails that were sent 3 hours earlier what a joke of a company. Do Not Use!
