The air conditioner in my home stopped working on Friday 9/1/2023. I called Universal Air and Heat [protected]). A technician arrived at mt home on Saturday 9/2/2023 checked my air conditioner system and stated a fuse was blown. He replaced the fuse, and the air conditioner was working fine. The house was cool again. The technician stated my air conditioner needed servicing stated there was dust inside the unit. The recommendation was to acid wash the coils and replace the blower. He mentioned the blower needed to be replaced in order to have a warranty on the service. I agreed to the servicing of the air conditioner, and he constructed an electronic contract for my signature and requested a down payment of $968.00. The technician stated my vents needed to be cleaned I replied that I only wanted a quote for the vent cleaning and would decide later. Because Monday was a holiday the servicemen would arrive on Tuesday 9/5/2023. Tuesday at 11:28 Air Pro LLC texted from [protected]) and wanted to verify the time of my appointment. I called back the number on the message [protected]) I inquired when the servicemen would arrive and was informed that the company’s name was Air Pro LLC. The receptionist was in possession of my personal information, the dates of previous air conditioner service, when my current unit was installed and this current agreement to service my air conditioner. The receptionist [protected]) stated she would contact the dispatcher, and someone would be reach-out to me shortly. The day passed and the service man did not come to service the air conditioner. I called the receptionist on Wednesday 9/6/2023 and she stated she would notify the dispatcher. On Wednesday 2 servicemen arrived to my home and started cleaning my air ducts, I asked why they were cleaning the ducts and they replied they had a work order. Once they were finished, they asked for payment of $968.00. I asked when the air conditioner was going to be serviced. I had the serviceman call the company and he replied there was a mistake and the work on the air conditioner would be competed on Thursday 9/7/2023. I requested a copy of the contract that was completed electronically and was advised it would be emailed to me. As of Wednesday, I still had a functional air conditioner cooling the house.

On Thursday the same 2 servicemen came to my home and disassembled the air handler stating they were going to acid wash the coils and blower. We debate because there was supposed to be a new blower the serviceman called the company and they offered to sell me a new air conditioner for $8,000 and I declined, the serviceman was instructed by the unidentified person on the telephone to provide a new blower. One serviceman left my home with the old blower and came back 2 hours later stating he had a new blower. As I looked at the blower it had dust particles in the joints. The wires inside the air handler were all twisted from where they removed the internal components. At this point I just wanted the system repaired. They reassembled the air handler and turned the air conditioner on. The power did not work, and the repairman stated he needed to rewire the air handler but had to return on Friday with the wire because it was late in the day, and they did not have the correct wire.

On Friday 9/8/2023 the same 2 servicemen returned ran wire in the attic from the air handler to the compressor in the back yard. After 5 hours and not being able to get the system running, they stated they needed to order a new electric panel and left my home again without air conditioning.

On Saturday 9/9/2023 I received a copy of the contract that had included items I was not aware of and did not agree with. Receive from www.AirProsUAS.com, [protected], #CAC1819010.

I have called the company (Air Pros LLC) 2 or 3 times a day every day Saturday 9/9/2023, Monday 9/11/2023, Tuesday 9/12/2023, Wednesday 9/13/2023, Thursday 9/14/2023 and the receptionist refuses to place a supervisor or manager on the line and replies that she sent a request to the dispatcher.

The company Air Pros LLC disassembled a functional air conditioner rendered it inoperative, took $1,936.00 from my account, left me without air conditioning since 9/7/2013 and has refused to provide an administrator to resolve my complaint.

On Friday 9/15/2023 at 1:08 I received a telephone call from Air Pros LLC [protected]) and they requested the model and serial number of the air conditioner unit and stated they were going to try and order the electric panel and they would keep me informed. Incidentally they had informed me on Friday 9/8/2023 that they already ordered the electric panel. At 4:24 Air Pro LLC called me and stated that they received the ordered electric panel and scheduled and appointment for Saturday between 10:00 am and 1:00pm. No one from the Air Pro LLC company came to my home to repair the air conditioner Saturday and no one attempted to contact me to advise of a possible scheduling conflict.

On 9/16/2023 at 1:15 a technician arrived unannounced at my home with a small device in his hand calling it the electric panel and stated he was here to repair the air conditioner. At 5:07 the technician left stating they gave him the wrong board; the air conditioner is still not working, and he will have the company order the correct board.

Desired outcome: Refund payment and pat for damage to structure
