Margaritaville Enterprises - service complaint

Went to Air Margaritaville T1 Ft. Lauderdale Intl Airport for dinner. We arrived and the restaurant was full. The hostess, who never smiled, checked at the bar and said there was no seating available. As there was only one other couple ahead of us we told her we would wait. Several minutes later she said to follow her where she proceeded to set us up at a table with six other people we didn't know. We were never asked if we wished to be seated with another party and apparently they were not asked either, as she told the gentleman who had his backpck on the chair he needed to move it so we could eat. She commented to them, "you don't care sharing your table, do you?" What could we, or they, say at that point. We were given menus but no one came for quite awhile to take our order. Finally the hostess who seated us came and said she would take our drink order. The beer which my husband ordered from the menu apparently was not available any longer. He was told to select his second choice. He did so quickly. Finally our waiter came over and my husband asked if he could change his beer to another. The waiter said no problem and left our table. Along comes the hostess with our drinks and there is the Landshark. Now the waiter came back with the Bud Light and my husband commented he had already started drinking and would keep this beer. Waiter left table again. A table close to us with four chairs became available and we asked if we might have out own table. No, we cannot sit two people at a four chair table. When waiter finally came over and took our order we were already very dissatisfied with our choice of restaurant. I will say, to your credit, our food was good, thank goodness. Someone, other than our waiter, dropped our food off and left. I really wanted salt, pepper and ketchup for my fries as there was none on the table. I caught our waiter, on the fly, and asked for these items. Of course, was his reply. I got salt and a short time later pepper. No one came to ask of our food and everything was all right. As we were almost done our waiter came back and said, oh, I'll get you both some water. He did do this, even though other people got a glass of water not long after they were seated. All in all it was the most disorganized eating experience I have ever seen. I have eaten in your Margaritaville restaurant in Florida two times while on vacation and have always left them feeling satisfied with the dining experience. The date on our receipt is April 9, the time we cashed out was 5:59 PM. The only name on our receipt is Joseph, so I can only assume he was our illusive server. As there are several numbers on the receipt, the one in bold print indicates 8200, so that may be the guest check number.
