Air Malaysia review: in flight service from sydney to singapore by sq 232

My comments few minutes ago was the experience of flight SQ232 on the
13-9-2019 from Syd to Singapore .

My friend Ms Mak Kuan Wai sittings next to me pressed the service light for some water and one of the steward called Jason came by and just switched off the light and went off instead of asking the reason for calling .

We complained to the Supervisor Victor and his reply was that he will talk to Jason later instead of asking him to explain to us of his uncalled actions and perhaps an apology. We feel that Victor is very inexperienced and lacking of quality in his position.

By the way, I have forgotten to mention about my checked IN baggage damaged
during the flight and only noticed it upon reaching home in KL.
