My story
My aftron washing machine is broke down
After weeks of try atlast they answer phone
Ask us to bring the machine to their al garhoud workshop (Paid 250 for truck)
Once i reached the technician checked the machine suggest me to junk or pay 650 advance for control panel and will take 90 days wich i refused.
I have paid another 50aed to truck man for junk machine
Later aaftron guys its self give me a advice as these types of brands dosent produce parts and only usefull within warranty periods, even in warrenty period they can put us in 3 month waiting. I
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
very bad products we bought a freezer from abu dhabi mussaffa km it broke after 15 days we have two year warranty but it only 6 month old,now it is showing broblems regularly
We bought 6 kg aftron washing machine ,it's not last for even 3 months ,we have raise a complaint 4 days before .waiting for the company people for the repair
Our tv is turn on. But screen is full black and sound is ready. What is the ploblem.
Hello, i bought a Aftron top load 12 kg washing machine on 17 Aug 2019. It is not even 6 months i now have serious problems with this product, the mechanics were here for over 5 times now, they even took the machine for repair 3 times. the whole machine is opened, still the problem remains the same. I spent AED 1049 for this, trusting AFTRON would be good. But this is very upsetting. I humbly request to refund the amount i paid & to take this item.
Please look into this matter.
