Affirm Finance Company review: Just give my refund

On August 17 of 2022 I put for a loan to make a purchase from Walmart to the loan they wanted put down 35 dollars out of checking account and makea payment for four months until 200 hundred dollars was paid off but they fused the put kept my 35 dollars and refusing to return my with me producing a bank statement in which they already have my checking account number and they can see the calculation in their system this is crazy and they did the same thing on August the 24 and requesting the same thing.
