Each morning about 09:08 for over a year we get/got a robocall recording by female claiming to be from "Aetna Medicare Advantage (Part D Sponsor) asking for "Vicki/Monty" and our ID and date of Birth, We finally gave ID to get info and they give #[protected] and a Pin #. Call back is another "recording" with a message about CVS (Rx's) prescriptions. We have a landline and listed on both state and federal DO NOT CALL lists. Numerous attempts to STOP sol tele robo sales calls have failed. They use a number to call that has "SPAM RISK" and never answers return calls. They ask to call them at [protected] and a "Pin #" for info, etc. We get another advertising recorded message. We requested numerous times to stop these calls. We filed complaints w/FTC (Mar 2023-#[protected]) and contacted Aetna at [protected]. Agent can only place complaint on computer and could - WOULD NOT STOP CALLS. We called CVS at [protected] without any results. We want all tele sales/sol/robocalls AND ADVERTISING CALLS to STOP. DO NOT CALL OUR NUMBER FOR SALES AND ADVERTISING PURPOSES! STOP CALLING US ! These calls have become an invasion of privacy and results in harassment, and violate state and federal law, and may be criminally prosecutable.

Country of complaint: United States

Desired outcome: All robo/telesales/solicitation/advertising calls to stop. DO NOT CALL US as per the Federal Do Not Call ACT, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, AND OTHER statutes!!
