May 14, at 1558, a technician by the name of Ibrahim Sanusi was sent to my residence for refrigerator repair. He left with my $424.99 Garmin Smart watch. During the repair, at 1609, my landscaper was at the door. The technician was alone in my kitchen during that time frame. After repair, the technician left without having me sign a work order, drove out of my driveway. Right after he left, I noticed my watch missing. I have notified A&E Services numerous times without resolving this issue.

Desired outcome: Watch replacement. Garmin Venu3 Smartwatch, purchased 2/16/2024, $424.99.
